You're right...but a lot of times, cats with bread will just pay the whole amount themselves and get that money back after the court date. If I'm not mistaken, the full amount is refundable whether you're found guilty or not guilty. People who don't have bread will pay 10 percent and employ a bondsman...but that 10 percent is not refundable. So for cats with bread, they'll come out better just funding the shit themselves.

Or....like somebody else said, the court also has programs to help you make bond too.

I don't think getting arrested for a traffic ticket is a pr stunt.

In other actual PR moves, Coolio has had his cooking show on MyDamnChannel.com which is hilarious. We did an interview with him about it a while back.
