They're not even TRYING to make it worth his while. Taco Bell, McDonald's, Burger King, and all the other major fast food franchises need to step up their employee benefits and relations before they talk about helping the community. It would benefit all of us more if they increased the pay of their employees...it's damn slavery. The amount of work and stress does NOT equal the final pay out.
