To keep it very real, most fans could care less. The true heads such as my self will feel a bit let down, but DJ scratch is damn near an answer to a Hip Hop trivia question... who was the DJ for the legendary group EPMD? Ask 10 random Hip Hop heads I guarantee you are going to get no more than 5 correct answers. In most peoples mind EPMD was a two man group anyway. Thats why the fans haven't been complaining. And the only reason why we know about this is because DJ Scratch said something.

I always loved EPMD but without Scratch they are fucking up. Erick has always been a problem man I worked at Sony Music when they broke up the first time which was the same year we broke Redman's first album at that time and though Parrish was the problem the first time like Scratch said. Erick was no less shady back then either...Remember he set up Parrish to get robbed at his home in L.I. rather than discuss and legally handle the money issues they had the first time around. Which is EXACTLY what really made Parrish and E split the trusty factor was gone completely between them....SMMMFH!!!!!! Greed and money will be the downfall of our people especially in this business.

As it is, Scratch was... what, the 2nd or 3rd (and longest lasting) DJ since "Strictly Business". Still my favorite group of all times~ still gonna cop the new joint.
