That's definitely a good look and great marketing strategy the shoes are affordable and it helps a good organization. Scouting is color blind...(well at least on the top of the organization I know I was in a racist troop when I was in the boy scouts.) and it helps keep kids off the streets. Hopefully the girl scouts will recommend it as part of the uniform or at least allow it, and all the little girls will beg they mammas to get it. The girls that aren't in scouting will want to get into it, hence more membership for the girls scouts which is a non profit. If Jay-z did this do you know how many kids would be boy scouts? They would have to make Emceeing DJing Breaking and Graph Merit badges
