mellimel, Ross, as you may not already know, was exposed as a fraud by the thesmokinggun.com website a couple of weeks ago. It was revealed that he was a Correctional Officer and not as a drug lord that he portrayed himself as. Ross, stupidily, tried to cover it up by claiming that he got more bullets than guns, more kilos than cash, and a record longer than most college textbooks. They shootout may have been caused by desperation by letting someone from his crew do a shooting in a community charity event as a way to say that he was "real" or "gangsta," or maybe a publicity stunt. Needless to say, this didnt make hip hop, or (especially) black people in a good light.
