I aint a fan of Dupri in the least but I know restaurants and that shit happens. The average restaurant is slated from jump to last three years which is why they are one of the riskiest businesses. The owners are usually not involved in the day to day activites or decisions which is one reason they fail. As far as the employees not getting paid, that is definitely a different account than his personal one. I know what it's like to go to cash your check and they tell you there are no funds available. Yes that is a bad day! But all of that is a part of a failing business. The workers should have seen the end coming because it is never overnight that they dry up and close. the workers should have seen business getting slower and slower. The servers fo sure should have seen their tips drying up as a indicator.

It's not about JD having paper (although don't forget he did file for bankruptcy) It's about the business supporting itself. If the business is failing and he has to put more of his own money into it, he winds up losing money. With that said though, he should of Got Gordon Ramsey to turn his restaurant around, I would love to see Chef Ramsey start a fight With JD and call his food shit LOL
