Ok....here we go....

Police arrest me @ LaGuardia while I am trying to declare my firearm - returning home. They charge me with FELONY POSSESSION OF A LOADED FIREARM, even though I possess a firearm permit! They take me to Queens booking, hold me for over 16hrs, I go before a judge at the last minute, only to be released with no bail. I have to return to NYC to face the charges, my atty is cool with the Asst. D.A.(Ask anyone about having an atty who is connected), and I get all charges dismissed. SO WHY DID I GET ARRESTED IN THE FIRST PLACE??? My Springfield Arms .40 was the newest shit out when this occurred! LOL!
