I'm not including his stint wit Jodeci in 1993 when he did some scratches on Diary of a mad band. He first became known to me in 1997 on Aaliyah's one in a million cd. Imo, that's when his sound became relevant. Dude is no where near Dre's catalog. Dre has shit that hasn't been released that will eat Timbo's best shit.

Dre has hooked up alot of "hip hop" cats up wit tracks while Timbo has done alot of R&B and alternative acts....i'd say its a even playing field....in respect to that.....but Dre tracks beat harder in tha trunk than Timbos to me personally.
