Sounds like to me that TIP had to pay to get joint custody of his kids. It cost him roughly $1,000 more than what he's paying now.

But ultimately, just the fact that the judge increased the stipend by $1,000 goes to show you that TIP WAS doing his part. Otherwise, they would have hung him out to dry. And notice, the judge says that he "must continue to pay for private schooling for his children." He was paying for his kids all along. I hate when these cheap ass, dirty ass chicks try to smear a good brother's name. She just burnt cause she want to be in Tiny's position. Anybody can see through that!

The issue came up of her having a hard time because she has a house note and no job so her income is $2000 a month or $24,000 a year. Living in ATL or the surrounding areas is not cheap. I know TI doesn't have his kids in the hood so she still probably can't afford where she staying at, even though he put a deposit down. TI came out in 2001 them kids are 7, and 8 so she was down with him before he came out. So the likelyhood of her actually having a job since TI came out are probably slim. No degree, no skills, no income.

I agree with MRGODBYROAD, TIP still finacially supports his kids and they spend damn near half the time with him. This chick just wants to live it up off the expense of her kids. Being a father myself and Im sure any woman on this site with kids with no good baby fathers knows that 3000 dallors a month for two kids plus you dont have to pay for thier schooling nor insurance is damn good. The average chick only gets about 300 to 400 dollars a month for they kids so 3000 is pretty good. Thats more than most of us make on our jobs a month, working 8 hour days.

Its sad how some woman forget that its called "child support" and not "broke, gold digging, lazy woman sits at home and live off her kids" support.

TIP pays for daycare (which is a head bussa in cost now a days) Im sorry but reality is--food and clothes dont cost $3000 a month, especially seeing how this chick sitting on her ass everyday.

Ya'l forgeting---the cost of living in Atlanta is way cheaper than the cost to live out here in DC or New York, or LA

IF YOU *DONT* HAVE KIDS YOURSELF, OR KNOW WHAT ITS LIKE RAISING A CHILD--YOU CAN'T ACTUALLY GIVE A VALID OPINION ABOUT THE SITUATION--if you think that 3000 a month aint enough for small children who spend half the time living with the father--paying for schooling and medical costs in a city where the cost of living is the one of the lowest in the country.

Tip and his lawyer already stated she's tryna live solely off the child support so that means she's not working. He's paying everything (including down payment for a new crib) so she has no bills, this is just extra get your nails done and weave tight money. (You notice it was a female judge that granted her this bullshit by the way)

Also that whole living one way with him and different way with her argument is garbage. Yeah they have a better life and finer things with him cuz guess why: THAT NIGGA WORKS. He's not sitting there waiting on a check like her triflin lazy ass. So because he works and she doesn's she should be entitled to everything this nigga worked hard for?
