one of his birthday presents as a kid was the record deal for silk tymes leather and so so def with a 5 million dollar promo budget was his 18th birthday present. that's why kriss kroos never recouped. his pops structured his deal to where they couldn't cut jermaine for 10 years and had to keep funding him, they fired his pops but were stuck with jermaine. as soon as the deal was up they dropped jermaine and kept jagged edge and bow wow, because jermaine never recouped from the kriss kross days. jermaine been spoon fed his whole career. he used to give intwerviews talking about how rough he had it and how he had to hustle to get in the game. LOL
