According to my research and talking to people that have gone through this, even if this group trademarked the phrase first Jay still can continue using it if he can prove he was using the phrase before their trademark.

And we all know Jay has been saying it for close to ten years. The plaintiffs could prevent possibly prevent Jay from advertising that phrase in the state of Georgia but I doubt they'll get anything else they're asking for.
