I never heard of hydrocodone before. But here's its description:

"Hydrocodone or dihydrocodeinone is a semi-synthetic opioid derived from two of the naturally occurring opiates, codeine and thebaine. Hydrocodone is an orally active narcotic analgesic and antitussive. It is commonly available in tablet, capsule, and syrup form and is often compounded with other analgesics like paracetomol or ibuprofen."

Based on this it is derived from codeine.

Yeah but since neither you or the author are scientifically literate, you wouldnt know the difference. codeine (methylmorphine) is a pro-drug that is metabolized into morphine, a naturally occuring opiate. thats as far as it goes right there. but you can take a naturally occurring opiate, like codeine and modify its chemical structure to create derivatives or analogs of the original chemical. Hydrocodone falls into the former. ok ok ok ill make it easy for you to understand: The maybach is based on a benz frame, that doesnt make it a benz tho does it? Also, you just got told playboy.
