I don't think that he should bother with doing an entire album for of production from Pete Rock nor Premo. Not sayin' they're not nice with beats or anything, but if they ain't offer a bridge between the newer beats and their own styles, I think it will fail. Nas will be on point lyrically, but he should let his producers help more with beat selections for his projects because truthfully, that's Nas' weak point. He definitely needs to continue to use various producers, even unknowns. That gives an album variety and you gotta have that these days to be successful. Nas needs more hard-hitting bass heavy beats to energize his next project. I hope to hear that. It's a fact that not only people from the south appreciate those big bass beats.

I bet ya it would outshine any album coming out, Detox (got love for ya Dre but NaS got the conscious shit), Relapse (fuck Eminem, he puts out more wack shit ON PURPOSE (Just Lose It, We Made You, Fack, Crack A Bottle etc. etc.) than any other rapper out I've ever heard of...), the blueprint 3 (got love for Jay but NaS's just nicer). Only Rakim's "The 7th Seal" and Raekwon's "Only Built 4 Cuban Linx II" will pose some serious competition...
