STAR AND BUC WILD RETURN TO NY AIRWAVES!
Man, this radio game is something to see! Star and Buc Wild are slated to announce their return to New York City airwaves! There aren’t too many places for them to go so I am going to assume that they are going to a station not called Hot 97. I would say Power 105, but I don’t want to be wrong, so I will just say they are coming back and prepare for fireworks!
NAS GETS HIS WIG ADJUSTED
If you thought you were going to get Nas in December, you must know that is not going to happen. Nas got his wig pushed back like many before him and N****r will now drop in February. Now, how ironic is that – during Black History Month. Nevertheless, according to a recent mtv report, DJ Toomp (my favorite producer of the moment), Salaam Remi, Diddy and others are on board. Anyway, I know Al Sharpton and them wanted the X-Mas gift of Nasir, but they will have to wait for that love near Valentine’s Day! I was thinking that Nas should call the album N***r, K*ke, Sp*c and Cr****r just in an effort to take the sting out of all the words.
JAY-Z’S GOT NO GHOSTWRITER!
I admit, I was kinda hoping Jay would reach out and cuss me out for that silly rumor about him employing a ghostwriter. Well, from what I heard this is the deal with that dude Famous from up yonder in Canada. Apparently, Famous is mostly a comedian and he’s played his ultimate joke! Here is the deal. Famous is merely a character on Toronto’s urban radio station Flow 93.5. Ironically they call him a cross between Wendy Williams meets Andy Rooney. Alrighty then. Jigga is off the hook!
NO REAL REUNION FOR PAUL WALL AND CHAMILLIONAIRE
I could be late, but an old friend hit me off with this one. Chamillionaire and Paul Walll recently linked back on stage together. This lead to rumors that they would be getting back together. My homey spoke to both men on separate occasions and there’s no shot of that happening. They have no beef, but are just moving in different “vehicles” right now.
BOUND TO HAPPEN: LIL’ KIM DISSES REMY MA!
DJ Whoo Kid and Lil’ Kim have joined forces to diss Remy Ma! Ok, that’s a bit of an exaggeration, but Lil’ Kim has a diss record to Remy, who is known to talk a lot about other female rappers. Anyway, Kim raps to the “I Get Money” beat. It's pretty uneventful, no disrespect. Click here to listen to the diss. I heard Kim’s new CD is called Ms. G.O.A.T. On the real, I heard Remy already has a reply for that one. I gotta say the streets favor Remy right now, but never fear, the Queen B is still here. (Shout out to Sha Millions!)
