JAY-Z’S NEW JOB!?
Jay-Z is negotiating a new deal with Def Jam as we all read this. Well, the Jigga Master Man is over in Paris watching burlesque shows with Beyonce in celebration of his 38th B-Day. A few years ago, I could have sworn Jay was slightly older, but I digress. Right now, he is looking to re-up with Def Jam, but they are saying that the money he’s asking for is outta this world and that the business doesn’t support it!
Here is one reason. Freeway’s Free At Last has sold 49,384 unit to date after two weeks. Now, that album is real dope so BUY IT!
NEW YORK RAPPER BEAT UP?
The saddest thing about Hip-Hop is what it has become, somebody said to me. With that said, I heard that one of Hip-Hop’s emerging talents has been accosted and beat down in a major way. Unfortunately, you are going to hate me for not naming names. I can’t right now, but this rapper is fairly big. Thing is, I heard that the fight resulted in a serious scar on his face to the point where he is going to be out of the limelight for a hot minute. (I will say that this is not Saigon, just because I think people might conclude it as such.) This guy is a relatively positive dude, but really has a street disposition to balance out his superb lyrical ability.
NEW YORK KNOCKED UP!
Tiffany Pollard AKA New York from I Love NY is reportedly preggers. This ain’t new news, but it's news that I just didn’t care about before Rajeev hit me up. Anyway. This is the run down on the bust down. On reality shows, people have to go through all sorts of screenings for health (mental and physical). These things are too determine if anybody has a history of craziness, STD’s, pregnancy and stuff prior to filming. Well, NY seemed to pass the tests. She didn’t pass (or passed) a pregnancy test during production and has been found “with child.” Now, most people assumed its one of the dudes from the show, but not necessarily. It could be anybody, even Flavor Flav if he got in it when the cameras were off. Some say this is just to breath new life into the next show they do on her…I don’t know. Others are saying that, it may jeopardize the show and if NY has an abortion, that’s a kid outta there for some TV pipe dream. Stay tuned for the “I Love New York” version of Maury.
AMY WINEHOUSE – THE SNOW WOMAN?
On the REAL, people are totally cruel and mean. Amy Winehouse is clearly on the wrong path and people are literally watching the car head off the cliff without saying anything like, “You are about to go over the edge!” She was spotted with a white substance in both of her nostrils recently. She was apparently heading to or coming from a party in London. She also performed secretly at a spot down in some secluded place, disobeying her doc’s orders to chill. Upon being spotted by the UK paparazzi, Winehouse did a Tupac and spit at them.

I’m not sure if this is a sign of the world’s end or a new beginning. But, New Jersey apparently has a serious problem with pest control. I don’t mean a new form of roach! I mean a few form of RAT. This rat isn’t so new, but it’s new to Jersey. They say nutria, which I call SUPER RATS, can grow to be at large as 20 POUNDS and 24 INCHES long. These things are very damaging to the eco-system that we prefer (I say our preference, because nature might prefer something else) and they merk off waterfowl, crabs, plants and even fish. In the 1980’s these SUPER RATS hit Delaware in large numbers, but the government has seemingly cherished them through the years for their fur and other things. Click here for a history of the SUPER RAT if you want. New Jersey pest control officials are trying to make the nutria history, if you know what I mean. They are bad for tourism and quality of human life!
50 CENT NEEDS TO SIGN THIS CHICK! (SIGNS THE WORLD IS COMING TO AN END! PART 2)
I’m kidding with the 50 Cent part, because once you hear this story, you won’t believe it. This 7 year-old girl was shot SIX times saving her own mother from a murderous gunman. The girl used her own body as a shield to protect her mother from a man that was allegedly trying to kill her mother. She is now in stable condition at the Children's Hospital in Detroit. Sadly she was shot in her eye, left temple, chin, cheek, chest and right arm, according to the AP. All this and Alexis Goggins is only in the first-grade. She jumped in after a man named Calvin Tillie, 29, a four-time convicted felon, shot her mother in the head and bicep. Alexis’ mother used to date Tillie. I can’t believe these nuttin’ people. Is it possible to be a four-time felon in 2007? I thought you were in for life after three? Dude shot the girl with no hesitation they say. Look who lost! Sad that this girl is now going to “suffer” for the actions of an idiot.
