Before I jump into the rumors, I want you to know that I did an editorial. As many of you know, I was an AllHipHop columnist before assuming the duties on rumors. So, this latest editorial column deals with some of the subtle aliens that walk among us. To see them, you have to read the column, "They Live."

ALICIA
KEYS TO MARRY?
I got a tip about Alicia Keys. You all know Ms. Keys is so
private, you can’t even find her when she doesn’t want to be found. Well, she
is rumored to be preparing for marriage this summer. The dude is supposed to be
man that she has been with for a long time, like over a decade. I don’t know
the person’s name but the only person I can think of is her homey Krucial. I am not saying that’s true, but just to say that they
are very close and have been together for a long time. He’s a good dude too.

WAYNE’S ALBUM

No way, dude. At least, I hope not, but Amazon says
otherwise.
CHINKY AND JIM JONES
WORK IT OUT
I don’t know what happened, but I helped Jim Jones and
producer Chinky come to a resolution. Apparently, Jim
Jones’ people weren’t funny aware of the depth of the issue with Chinky and got on the phone. They worked on the problem all
day yesterday, according to those close by and worked it out. I heard Chinky even said sorry to them. He was frustrated and
requested that I remove it. I obliged.
SOME JAY-B STUFF…
This one is for Houston.
I heard they will be in effect at the Toyota
Center in Houston on April 10, but don’t expect any big
brouhaha like Lady Drama predicted. I heard that Beyonce
will be flying in that night from L.A.
from some kind of business meeting. IT will be business as usual from what I have
been told. Lady Drama said that the pair will reveal and confirm their marriage
in Bey’s hometown.
I heard that at the show, there will be some sort of Roc Box
Suite that will house all the remaining Roc-A-Fella artists
like M. Bleek, Freeway and what is left of the staff.
There are a few people hitting me up. Interesting.
LA AND USHER’S NEW ARTIST
I got an email today from a good buddy and I was told that
Usher and LA Reid have signed a new artist today for Def Jam. Now, I don’t
remember the boy’s name, but I heard he JUST signed to the label this week. He
is a young White male who is in his teen years, but looks like he is about 10
years old. Anyway, I heard he can “sang” and it is
quite obvious why he was signed by LA and Ursh…

ENCOUNTER
My boy Turk hit me with the time he met Suge
Knight.
yo illseed, i also met suge last thanksgiving
in hollywood(i think it was
club les deaux), and like the dude today said, he is
very down to earth, and dont roll with security.
when i saw him he was
with 2 of his homeboys(mexicans) and they were cool
people too. we actually shot the s**t with them for a
little over an hour, and suge was mad cool. took pics with us and everything.
and he was constantly swarmed by others in the
club and was relaxed about the whole deal. one
of my boys even walked up in his vip when his boy was
like "hold up there" and suge aint care, he let us chill at his vip
table too. there were a few cats that tried to freestyle
for him in the parking lot after the night was over, it was kinda
funny cuz they were ass, and suge
kinda laughed them off.
BUCK-GATE ROLLS
ONWARD
The reason Buck said he hadn’t seen any royalty checks by
G-Unit, because 50 Cent allegedly took that money to replay the money loaned to
cover back taxes.
Nobody has really heard from Young Buck, but I am hearing
that he hasn’t really indicated any beefs with G-Unit yet. As early as last
weekend, Buck performed in Detroit
and didn’t hint at any internal strife.
ILLSEED’S QUICKIES
I want to pause and send a shout out to the homey Oath, who
has a real zooted Mike Jordan as an avi.
If Jay-Z should pull out of the Glastonbury UK Festival,
Prince or Radiohead might leap in to replace him.
I hear that when Mike Vick is playing football in the bing, he acts as the OQ for both
teams.
Meth and GZA have teamed up to
release a double album of classic Wu Tang music and videos. Exclusive Meth footage will be included too.
So Talk Real Radio did an interview with FNF Artist
Gemstones (????) and he said that Lupe Fiasco, Gem and Shayla
G will do a new album together.
After announcing the Roc Nation deal with Live Nation, is it
possible that Jay-Z is still working on a deal with Warner Music? Strangely
enough, I am hearing that the Carter Music Group may still end up over there
with Kevin and Lyor with a crop of new artists.
I heard Patrick Swayze is doing
well and treatment is serving him well! Swayze ain’t going to be swayze anytime
soon.
Congrats to Ray-J. Despite my hate, he is reportedly the
highest selling single on iTunes for this week.
SIGNS THE WORLD IS
COMING TO AN END
You know the video game culture is out of control. We have
super grown men playing games and that’s cool. The only thing some of these men
are acting like they are easily influenced children. Case in point: a two-year
old kid was beaten to death with a video game controller by a 26-year-old man. The man? The boyfriend of the child’s
mother. The kid died in the Penn
State Hershey
Medical Center
this past Monday. Harve
L. Johnson, 26, admitted to beating the young girl to death in her mother’s
apartment. Right now he is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault,
endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment but you better
believe its getting upgraded to homicide. But this wasn’t an isolated
situation. He had abused the child in the past and even bit her. The mother did
nothing to help her daughter and has been charged with endangering the welfare
of children. She needs to get a homicide charge too.
