LIL WAYNE’S NOT A FAN OF THE DJ NOW?
Now, I recall so vividly when Lil’ Wayne stepped into a new light as a Hip-Hop leader. The song was “Go DJ” or whatever, “That’s My DJ.” Now, the creators of Foundation Magazine have lamented that Wayne’s views have changed. Here is what happened according to those that were present:
So Foundation Magazine was flown down to the ATL to do an interview with Lil Wayne. Being as though we are the only mixtape magazine out that focus of the interview was about Wayne's success with mixtapes. For some unknown reason Wayne decided to snap out saying "I dont know any mixtape DJ's, if you a mixtape DJ f**k you!!!. He then says "F**k Mixtapes, F**k Mixtape DJ's and F**k yall" and threw the magazine at us and then kicked us out of the interview.
What is up with that?
DIDDY DISSES NAOMI CAMPBELL
I think I liked Naomi when she was just a pretty model that didn't talk or hit people upside the head with cellphones. I remember getting this but forgot to post it. Diddy booted Naomi from his big boat over the weekend.
She sure is upset!
No disrespect, but her weave game is crazy. I wonder what was said?
RAY-J ESCAPES ARREST IN D.C.
Ray-J got busted smoking that lalala? According to reports, the dude was in a Washington D.C. hotel room and was smoking so much that security made him leave. But, what is most interesting to me is that security allegedly found a drug called “Boat” in the room as well. The substance is regarded as a “club drub.” Well, that’s a farce considering Rayster was in a hotel. Ray-Z (I moved the “J” to make it hyper.) allegedly tried to bribe the hotel security men to get them to leave him alone with his stuff. He got made when his money wasn’t long enough to buy them off, reports said. Police came through and Ray-Z escaped with his squeaky record intact. He went to a sleazier hotel that would allow him to get down how he wants to get down.
SISTAH SOULJAH - BOUT TIME!
This is fact, every time I see the name "Soulja Boy" (or any other Soulja[h] for that matter), I think of Sistah Souljah! You youngsters might not even know what its like to see a strong, Black female rapper that wasn't suckin,' sexin or trying to a gat-toting dude. Anyway, she was even the target of Bill Clinton at one point, but you need to google that on your own. Good news. After nine LONG YEARS, Sister Souljah's classic book, The Coldest Winter Ever, she is about to drop the sequel. The new novel is called Midnight and it comes out in October. Now, some regard this as the start of the modern day street lit culture, but I don't agree. Sistah wrote a NOVEL, whereas a lot of that other stuff is so easy to read, a three year old could pick it up.
CHECK OUT "BUCK WHYLIN' by Sistah Soulja, Public Enemy and Terminator X! This is the kind of women I need! Somebody that will say, "You can't declare on the Black man without declaring war on me." Yo, Sistah Souljah was fighting the cops with PE before some cats were born. 'Nuff respect due!

Here is a lesser-seen image of Sean Bell and his family. How tragic. Here is an update. The three cops that murdered Sean Bell were slapped up with disciplinary charges last week. NYPD officers Marc Cooper, Gescard Isnora and Michael Oliver stand accused of shooting their guns well outside epartmental guidelines. Rev. Al Sharpton called the charge “a step in the right direction.” At least the three officers have been stripped of their guns and badges. Bums!
