TODAY'S RUMORS
LIL’ WAYNE WAS ALMOST ARRESTED
During the BET Awards aftermath, there was a lot going on. Tell you about it. But one thing that almost happened too, was I was told that Lil’ Wayne almost got arrested. In fact, the original rumor I got was that Weezy was arrested on drug charges. No true. But, there is some validity to it all. First of all, I heard the cops were bothering Weezy and entered into his “space” aka his tour bus or whatever was transporting him through Los Angeles. When they did, all they found was a bunch of money – I heard. I heard that the coppers were trying to pin something on him based on the fact that he had all that money, but had nothing. Therefore, there was a rumor that was diffused pretty fast.
BRISCO SLAPS JACKI O!
I hate when I forget rumors, and this is one. The rapper Brisco allegedly slapped the mess out of Jacki-O during the festivities surrounding the BET Awards. This all went down on the set of Lil’ Wayne’s new video. Apparently, Jacki O was unable to get on the set, but Brisco attempted to get her in the mix. Well, that wasn’t sufficient and Jack dissed Brisco to distance herself from him. I heard he then slapped her in the face for talking trash. The crazy thing is, people are saying he did it with a wad of money in his hand.

TO THE DEATH…ROW THAT IS
About five months ago, Suge Knight and his JD's approached the court handling the Death Row bankruptcy and asked if they could sell the remaining assets through auction. The court said yeah. Well, yesterday Suge was in court again, asking to kill the auction. The court said no.
For the bargain-basement price of $24 million (some reports list the price as 25 million) Warner Music Group, the sole bidder, now owns all of any value left at Death Row. And yes folks, that includes the catalogue. Now I know Dre was suing Death Row around this time last year for rights to The Chronic, but I honestly don't know what happened with that. If he was not successful, below is just a percentage of what Warner just bought:

Rumor has it all the men around Queen Latifah basically treated her like royalty at this party, rearranging furniture and stuff so she could be comfortable.
