WHY KATT WILLIAMS ISN’T HOSTING
The NY Daily News has gotten to the bottom of this BET / Katt Williams mess. There was no stupid breakdancing contest. They are saying he spazzed out on the stage and bounced. Nobody is on the record with this but he had a face-to-face confrontation with BET bosses and he opted out. Here is what the sources are saying:
"Katt has become difficult now that he's a megastar," one source tells us. "He was very demanding during rehearsals. He really berated one female member of the production company. He launched into a verbal assault on her in front of other people. I mean, he read her the riot act.
"Then he left the set and said he wouldn't return unless she apologized. She wouldn't. BET and the production company backed her up. Katt wouldn't come back. Nobody was willing to budge.
"So the night before the show, they had no host. They were scrambling to find somebody. At 1 a.m., the night before the show, they called T-Pain. He agreed to do it, and started rehearsing the next morning for the show that evening."
Now, BET is sticking to that foolish breakdancing story, but we all know better. I heard that Katt is really pissed at T-Pain for taking the gig in his place. I don’t know if they are friends or not, but that’s what I heard. Maybe he is mad that T-Pain probably lied about bussing Katt’s a** in breakin’ and poppin’...

WHO REALLY PRODUCED LIL WAYNE'S "A MILLI"
There is a producer by the name of Cha-Lo and his claim to fame should be Lil' Wayne's "A Milli," he says. Cha-Lo is one of the co-producers of the song, but you don't really hear his name mentioned too much, if ever. Well he did the record with Bangladesh and I'm hearing Cha-Lo is really not happy that he isn't getting credit for the record. From what I understand, and I could be wrong, but he gave all rights to the song to Bangladesh. Now that the song is up for numerous accolades, he wants to share in the joy! Bangladesh did change up the drums significantly, but the repetitive "Amilli" is still there. I think this is clearly a co-production. I hope the check cleared! Anyway, I heard he's produced for Oprah and this record is the first rap song for him. Interesting. More on this in a few...
LYFE’S BABY MOMS FILES RESTRAINING ORDER

I wonder did Lyfe call himself that because he wanted to live or that it would turn into some sad twist of irony. Lyfe’s criminal past has been well documented in music and the press, but we thought those days were over. We still don’t fully know what’s up, but the fact is, he could be looking at jail time! I don’t know about LIFE though.
OH…well here is the factual rumor. His child’s mother has filed for a Restraining Order of Protection against the R&B singer. I cant even fathom this drama. Call me corny, but I don’t want it. This may not be the last time you hear from Sarah Palin, assuming she and running buddy McCain lose in November. Republicans are secretly 'considering' Palin as the presidential forerunner in the 2012 presidential race. A lot of them have already written this election off and are looking for some payback in 2012. Now, I will be the first one to admit that I don’t know any conservatives like that. They mostly don’t like Palin and blame her for McCain’s rapid descent. Nevertheless, she is so hot that you have to love her. You probably love her more if you want Alaska to be a new nation or are a sucker for a wink.

Master P Shares the Wealth... All you need is 500 and a computer!
I know it sounds pretty suspect but Master P has launched a new internet based business called yourinvestmenttravel.com which is a marketing site to guide people who want to become wealthy like Master P. Sounds almost to good to be true? Well it is! seems to me like Master P has decided to hop on the internet work from home scam bandwagon! In order to become apart of the network one must pay 500 bucks to get trained and then sell vacation packages to people. The site is offering individuals the opportunity to run and sell their own travel agency via online for a low monthly rate of 19.99 and a one time flat fee 199.00! I would normally be down for a good cause to help others get ahead but this just seems like another way to bring me down! I'm better off with my own get rich scheme a bundle of 500 blank CDs and my own computer (wink, wink)
Diddy Talks Enyce...
Diddy has released a new video discussing his current purchase of the Enyce Clothing brand:
We will have to see how this plays out... But if me and Puff were cut from the same cloth wouldn't I have a private jet and a bunch of people on my beck and call? Speaking of Diddy he has a new line of tees out called diddy-ism tees which include the bitchassness tees and the newest edition I am the Black American Dream tee which is retailing for $36... I don't know about yall but 36 bucks for a tee shirt aint my idea of an American Dream!
T.I.s Rag gets Rung by Gucci and LV!
T.I.s new video for Swing Your Rag has been put on hold due to orders from Gucci and Louis Vuitton, who claim that they aren't happy with the lyrics in the song. The chorus of the song does mention both fashion empires by stating:
“Alright, okay, I don’t dance, no way
I just take my Louis rag out and wave it round in the air
Take my Gucci rag out and wave it round in the air”
While some of us don't find this too offensive LV and Gucci do. Which goes to show no matter how much you spend they still look at you as a _______! Moving along TI had this to say during an MTV interview “Louis [Vuitton] and Gucci started trippin’ about it. They were saying we were infringing, in one way or another. They weren’t happy about it. They didn’t want it to come out. But it’s hot, though.” To replace this video TI has released the video for Live Your Life. [Illseed note. Perhaps these high-end brands have an issue with their product being called a damn RAG! Smarten up people!]
