First of all 50 is a marketing genius and I am a big fan of him. I consider him the Victor Newman of Hip Hop, we need a guy like him. 50 is keeping his name in everyone's mouth so when his album drop you go get to see if its worth all the hype. True enough he took Ja Rule's style but who hasn't. When Dr. J invented the dunk, Michael J improved it. Right now 50 is the only guy holding New York down right now and his album is not even out. Fab dropped one with a hot song with Nee-Yo but thats about it, 50 is still the undisputed King of New York! He is the only guy that can take attention away from the south. Sometimes his disses is un-call for but there is some truth to it. So what if Lil Wayne is on everybody singles, he is just marketing himself. PE is the GOAT of rap groups period with RUN DMC a close second. PE has inspired more through their music than Outkast (whom I love) and Wu. "It Takes a Nation.... & Fear of a Black Planet" are classics and changed the sound of rap at the time. Chuck is a humble guy and has said that RUN DMC is the greatest group in his opinion. Go to a PE show and they give you at least two hours and a half of a pure energy show. More than any rap group or rapper can do now a days. You'll be lucky to get 45 minutes and most of that is having 20 mofo's on stage rapping at the same time. PE's new shit comes out on Aug 7th. Check
