The Hell Razah and Shabazz vid was kinda of deep. I don't know if they were actually dissin Wu, Nas, and others, but it sounds like dudes want credit for album names (It Was Written, God's Son, Get Rich or Die Trying) as they claim they were the ones that came up with the concept first. Maybe it was coincidence, maybe not, but you can't take credit for the lyrical content within those albums. Dame is funny. When his shit didn't pop, he made sure he had all this old footage to fall back on. There's no way he came up with all these documentary ideas out the blue. Maybe if he would've put out some of these joints when he was still with the Roc, he wouldn't be in the situation that he's in right now.

Hell Razah's song was hot but some of the shit he was talkin' about can go both ways. Sunz of man was way ahead of their time with their song content and concepts pertaining to the rap game but they weren't the first to say anything. A lot of their ideas and ideologies they got from other great thinkers and the 5% percenters, so whose to say that Nas or whoever else didn't do the same thing.

First off...

No, multi-gold does NOT Mean platinum selling artist. It means an artist has sold multiple GOLD albums, but still hasn't gone platinum. And the sad thing is BEans should have, because his lyrical content is on point. He can get in depth with his flows, then grimy, then party with it. Dude is talented, but just doesn't seem to get the "IT" factor at all. I dunno...it's a shame, though, because he and Kanye were the best on the Roc after Jay.

As for this whole "Dame puttin' out another video" type phase....shyt's gettin' old quick. Dame need's to grow up man. I have never said ANYTHING about Dame to that point, but now it's gettin' real old real fast. He's starting to look EXTRA bitter, especially when all of this could have been averted had he given Jay the masters to Reasonable Doubt as he requested.

On another note, this "documentary" type film is about 3 years TOO Late:) He should released it in '04 or something, back when the people on the video were truly relevant. Now, they're really not big, with the exception of Beans, because Beans is still a beast on the Mic. I like his style...

I think he get out around 2010 but I've been hearing he could get every year for the last two years..The thing is 50 tried to sign Shyne to G-Unit and Shyne didn't want to sign with no one else since he had his own company, which he got signed out at Def Jam for a nice lil amount before the last cd came out..It had nothing to do with Murder Inc because Shyne ain't signed to them and I have heard anything about him associating himself with Game..I know he still got some choice words for Puffy..

J-Hood responds to Styles P

J-Hood released a statement to HipHopGame regarding Styles P’s statement. Styles P recently told HipHopGame that J-Hood could receive his release from D-Block if he made a public apology on the internet. Here’s what J-Hood said:

“Once again it has come to my attention that one of the CEOs of the crew has something about my thoughts. First of all, he was the one I actually got a chance to sit down and talk with, and during that talk I explained to him I wanted off the label with no affiliation with it or anything. He responded by saying, “Okay, that shouldn’t be a problem. I’ll get it done. I then gave him two weeks to get it done or to try to get it done without getting a call to let me know the status of the release or anything. So then I called him and he told me that he was working on it.

“I then gave him another week without hearing anything back from him. Then that week turned into another week, so I then called him again to see what was going on. I got no answer so I called repeatedly. Approximately three to four times later, he called me back and said he has to see what’s up with the lawyer for D-Block because he doesn’t really deal with him. I started to feel like I was being dicked around.

“There was a four-week time period I gave him to try and make something happen. After the fourth week, the YouTube thing popped up and all the commotion started. And to this day, I have yet to get a release from the label or a call and he has the audacity to say he wants a public apology? I already apologized to the fans. That should be the only people I need to apologize to for letting them see me show frustrating by using the “dragging the chain” as a metaphor for how I felt they was dragging me all these years. They get on the radio on the same station that a top DJ said he wouldn’t support me and they try to assassinate my character so the fans would look at me differently. They’re using the radio as a defense mechanism because Flex won’t interview me, so I’m using the internet, something that the world can see. Then he has the nerve to have his little puppets talking brazy on his new mixtape and he wants me to apologize? Come on now.

“Everybody knows time is money, so why you wasting mine, brother? If you would have just signed them like you said you would, none of this would be happening. So you want a reason that you should let me go? If you was a super gangster you wouldn’t need a reason because you would be real enough to know that’s not G’d up to stop the next man’s paper or hold them or at try to hold them from being successful. Yeah, you said I was off and I could get off, but you never came through and signed the papers. You can say anything. Everybody knows that, but if it ain’t in black and white, it ain’t official, so that’s that.

“Point blank, I need off and thought they would be realer than this and handle it like someone that lives off experience.”
