God forbid that situation manifest itself within my world, but should it ever on MY end and someone get to my daughter an a predatorial manner, hypothetically speaking.... I'm pretty sure I'd receive the death penalty just off premise after I finished with them and that's on the bible, my life and my angel of a daughter. Think or say what you will about that statement, I could care less.

And I guarantee you I ain't the only one with the mindset in which I'm actually throwing my support behind these 2 cats.

I believe to each his own but i also think that what happened to kanye's mom is horrible. Unfortunatley a doctor would refused to do the surgery on her said he would have done it if shr got medical clearence this was a lil over a week ago he said she never showed back up and then he heard of her passing. Seems as though she wanted the surgery bad enough not to follow his advice. But i know alot of people who if they want something bad enough will go for it. Noone that young deserves to die at all I am not sure if she was made fully aware that something could seriously go wrong or if the doctor she found to do it down played the risk. I personally think that she looked great but i also know as a woman how we feel about our own bodys can make or break us .. She was a beautiful woman and wanted to have procedures that are really not appearence altering more of a personal deal .

Dude was only 26 or so and from what I read it was about him being in a relationship with a younger girl when he was younger...i.e. he like 18 but she like 15. i was thinking about the whole plastic surgery issue since yesterday when i read BP 1's comment about Dr. West.

i have to say i would try not judge a woman's choice in that context.

but me personally, i feel like it is a risk that woman, especially educated and empowered women should know better than to take.

in some ways i can see that it is a racial issue cause mainstream society promotes skinny white women as the ideal beauty. but i really think that it is a gender issue first.

that idealization of that image negatively affects all women, not just women of color because white women have been buying into that shit and mutilating their bodies way before women of color got on that shit. i believe that they ultimately suffer the most of all.

in fact, many black women and other women of color reject that standard of beauty altogether rather than attempt to aspire to it. that is a fact research has supported.

the average woman of any race can not live up to the fallacy of perfection. they can not do so because it's not natural.

many women have body image issues, meaning their view of themselves in the mirror is often seriously distorted.

plus due to the constant messages from the media and entertainment industry, many women believe that men have an expectation that women live up to the fallacy of perfection.

it's actually a shame that any woman has to grow up (cause it starts at an extremely young age with girls) and not find the beauty in themselves and their unique body type.

i feel truly terrible for Dr. West. and no one knows what was going thru her mind (her rationale for surgery or how she felt about herself).

but i also believe she was ultimately responsible for her own demise as sad as it is. she was a strong, educated, empowered black woman who made the wrong decision in this case unfortunately. not only that, but went around the protocols that were in place to prevent her death.

i hope not one other woman will ever feel compelled to make such a drastic decision. it's totally unnecessary.

so i got a funny story to share about this one youngsta, usually the stories are sad, tragic, and depressing so i had to share this since y'all on the "Magnums."

this summer my agency (our director & myself) took our youngsta group on an overnight trip to Monterey.

we took about 8 kids, 4 boys & 4 girls. they are not attracted to one another it's more like brothers and sisters. altho some hidden crushes may exist, of course.

anyway the youngest boy is like 15, and he looks 15, young and awkward. plus he still tryna fit in with the rest of the group. so he learnin how to be "cool."

so our director gave each kid like $100 to kick it overnight, buy dinner and souveneirs and what not.

so we kickin it and all that. went to eat by the water, looking in shops and stuff.

the 1st thing that was funny was this youngsta was seated to eat dinner with me and he wants lobster tails, which is market price right. i mean we are at a seafood restaurant.so i tell him, ask the waitress how much.

so he asks her, and she like $40. so he like, alright, lemme get a cheeseburger! LMAO

i'm like how u go from lobster tails to a damn cheeseburger. WTF? what about some fish or some shrimps or some crab cakes. but no, a cheeseburger! okay whatever youngsta.

so we go hit the gas station on the way back to the room. the director driving one van full of kids and i got the other.

the director goes into the gas station to buy something, and i got like 3 vitamin waters, and the other kids buying snacks or whatever.

here go youngsta in the line right in front of me and right behind the director. mind you it's a long line and hella white folks in it.

so it's finally his turn and he puts his soda on the counter and a box of Magnums! and it's all hella obvious, everybody in the mix and shit. looking at him crazy.

i just start dyin laughin, like what you got a bathroom date with yourself tonight, huh?????? cause u damn sho ain't gettin none in Monterey fool! WTF?????

he all hella moded and shit, talkin about, naw they hella cheaper out here than back home! that's why i'm buyin 'em.
