Sean Taylor Suspects Story updated at 10:15am Eastern Time

Three of the four men accused in the home invasion robbery shooting death of Washington Redskins football player had their first court appearance in Lee County via video conference at 8:30 this morning.

Each are charged with burglary, home invasion robbery and first-degree murder while in the commission of a serious felony, according to Fort Myers attorney Wilbur Smith, who is representing suspect Eric Rivera, 17. The other suspects are Venjah K. Hunte, 20, Jason Scott Mitchell, 19 and Charles Kendrick Lee Wardlow, 18.

Mitchell did not appear in court, and Smith speculated it was due to the fact that he was processed later.

Speaking to reporters outside the courthouse, Smith said he had known Rivera and his family for many years.

"It's an indescribable tragedy for the Taylor family, and it's a tragedy for the families of these other young men because their lives are down the tube," Smith said. "It's just another tragedy out of Dunbar."

Smith said some media reports have pegged Rivera as the person who pulled the trigger of the gun that killed Taylor, but he had not yet spoken extensively with his client to confirm whether that was true. While it's not clear whether Rivera was one of the suspects who reportedly confessed, Smith did say Rivera was questioned all day Friday and had not slept when the hearing occurred. He said his client was remorseful.

"Yes, you could see it in his eyes," he said. "And his family has expressed remorse to the Taylor family."

Rivera, who is a juvenile, will likely be charged as an adult by Miami-Dade police, but because of his age would face a minimum mandatory of 25 years to life in prison rather than execution.

John Evans, another Fort Myers-based attorney, is representing suspect Wardlow. He said a probable cause affidavit indicated Wardlow was one of the suspects who confessed. He said it's likely all four suspects will be transported to Miami on Sunday. He also said there is a "big possibility" others were involved in the killing.

Smith said he expects a "speedy resolution" to the trials of those allegedly involved.

"Don't expect this to be a long, drawn-out thing," he said. "Because there are confessions, I believe this will be quickly resolved."

9:24 a.m.

By 5 a.m. three of the four suspects in the shooting death of Washington Redskin's football player Sean Taylor had been charged.

• One count burglary dwelling structure or conveyance armed

• One count robbery - home invasion with a firearm or other deadly weapon

• One count murder not premeditated during other felony

No information was available on Mitchell.

The three are expected to make first appearance at 8:30 a.m. In Lee County.

Man since we on Saturday mornings and the cartoons, man that justice league with Darkseid was hittin hard as hell. That's when they got past all the bullshit and got rid of the Wonder Twins and got down to business with Cyborg and Firestorm- the due who was the college student and professor combined. HE was the first fusion dude that I remember. But Spiderman and his amazing friends isn't getting the props they deserve, on some real talk Lou Ferrigno and the Hulk that was on tv was that real. Everybody knew when Bill Bixty got fired on he was gonna twitch and turn around and his eyes was gonna be all ghost like and it was about to get real hectic in the building. But not only was Saturday morning cartoons that shit but after the cartoons Godzilla dnd Kung Fu Theater used to come on and all kinds of hell would break loose. MAn I remember chilling in the crib all day saturday cause all the good shit used to come on tv. When Bruce Lee came on you had to get quiet in the room so you could just hear niggas flying around and the screams and shit when he would punch people in the face and leave that bruise mark on they face!

Yoooooo, I almost forgot, this is the real here. Remember when they had the double up show with SHazaam and then after that they would flip to the Lone Ranger and Tanto Cartoon.
And for some real old shit, I'm probably the only one who remember this one but they use to have a Hercules cartoon where he would pull out his pinky ring and raise his hand up and lightning would strike his belt and he'd get buffer and shit. Hercules was poppin the pinky ring before Don Magic Juan was. I remember when Heman first went off tv they tried to replace him with some weak ass He-man that had a tin plated sword. That trash lasted like a week. I remember when Scooby Doo had the Harlem Globetrotters and the Three Stooges on there as featured guests and they'd have that Sandy Duncan chick on there every other week. And then I almost forgot Speed Buggy and Hong Kong Fuey. Damn them was the joints right there.

Yo, yo I got that heat for you now Illseed. Ya'll remember when Atari took over and they had a Q-bert and a Pac-Man cartoon. Ahh those shits was horrible. Another crappy cartoon was Robocop. That show was garbage. What was hard as hell was the Thing has his own cartoon where he was a regular dude and he made some kind of call and rocks would all come piling on him and then he'd turn into the Rockman Thing. I know that's a classic gem right there.

I forgot all about the Prostars, heck i forgot about Bo Jackson! lol
Captain Planet was easily the worst cartoon ever.
The Littles takes me back.
There was "My Pet Monster" and that Mario Brothers cartoon, I used to watch Ghostbusters and GI Joe. Astro Boy was pretty bad too.

You know that most of those joints are anime right? In the 80s(and previously) US companies took great Japanese shows and butchered them for American consumption. Speed Racer for example is Mach Go Go Go, Voltron was a combination of Golion and Dairugger XV it was then edited and basically rewritten for American audiences. The worst offender however is Robotech. Its a combo of 3 unrelated shows, the shows were The Super Dimension Fortress Macross, Super Dimension Cavalry Southern Cross, and Genesis Climber Mospeada. If at all possible check out the originals and you'll have a better appreciation for them.

Captain N: The Game Master was dope. Inspector Gadget was nice. Captain Planet was the cartoon nobody liked but watched anyway. Garfield and Friends is a classic. MC Hammer used to have a cartoon (Deffinately hiphop). Wildcats had a hiphop like theme song and the show was pretty dope too.
