I currently live overseas and my mother has called me several times thanking me for the example I set for my nephew which has helped him come very far. Being the humble man I am I thank God for the development of the family and refuse to take credit for his success and constantly remind myself that I can do even better. The girls back home paid me no mind and even laughed at me on a consistent basis and now I quote Slim Thug by sayin' "My pussy rate is at an all-time high". Shit, I might even take a vacation from fuckin' I'm gettin so much these days! Hahahah Ok, I digressed, I just thank God that I listened to the advice mom gave me from her own experiences and stayed humble. People keep droppin' left and right but my foundation has always been solid because I listened and kept God first. @johnblacksad What I'm saying is if you have a powerful engine behind you (at least in theory) you should suceed. Look at 50. He's a (barely) decent rapper, but since he had eminem and Dre behind him, he blew up. I personaly know rappers betten that everybody in the G unit crew , but they don't have the engine behind them. It's a sad day for Hip Hop when people care about dances and beef more than a dope rhyme. If Hip Hop were a more even playing field you would hear about more MC's as opposed to rappers

What's good at everybody online right now.

First off....I gotta give props where they are due. Boston made Los Angeles look like a D-League team last night. They are the best team in the NBA during the season and they deserved the championship. I am also happy Paul Pierce got the MVP award. He played with a lot of heart during the whole playoffs and deserved that award.

Moving on to the Lakers....All I can say is this, Lamar Odom will not be back next year. I have a feeling Shawn Marion or Ron Artest will be brought into the mix. Shawn Marion fits better with the Lakers type of offense but we will see what happens. I guess they never should've traded Caron Butler huh?

Young Buck......I gotta admit, that shit made me smile a lil bit. These niggaz talk about back taxes, ya'll makin all that money and you can't hire an accountant to make sure all your money is straight, stupid ass crybaby ass nigga. Buck just proved how pathetic he is right there.

As far as women talkin about Kellz, shit is gonna always be an issue. This dude is like 41 years old and they still tryin to get the man in jail, let it go. Kellz can't be touched.

First, Damn Lakers. I would never have thought that it would have been a blowout. Where is the pride? You know what I have noticed is that they are surrounded by European players. I have noticed that they cannot play defense at all. Not to generalize, but nobody was touching Ray Allen when he knocked down 4 three's in a row. No help defense for Gasol on Garrnet, no defense at all for Paul Pierce nor Rondo. How could they continuously get to the basket. Offensively they didn't play a bad game but defensively. My coach told my team one time that you can have a bad offensive night, but you should never have a bad DEFENSIVE night. Shoutout to K.G. representing that Mauldin, SC. He ain't going to claim it though. LOL!

First, Damn Lakers. I would never have thought that it would have been a blowout. Where is the pride? You know what I have noticed is that they are surrounded by European players. I know he will get traded. He has an expiring contract which is a bonus for a lot of teams looking to free up salary cap room. On top of that, he didn't show up during the playoffs to me. He doesn't really fit with the type of offense the Lakers run. Phil Jackson was outcoached both times, I agree on that. I think the Lakers got ahead of themselves when they played Detroit back in 04 but this year, they were really just outmatched. Defensively, there was nobody there on the front line to stop anything Boston tried and offensively, I have no idea what happened. I wasn't convinced with the Lakers during this series at all. I really wish they had played New Orleans because the Lakers had such an easy time getting to the Finals that I think they forgot what a battle was until they played Boston.

I'm a Laker fan (More of a Kobe fan) and I didn't cry myself to sleep. The Lakers did very well this year but Boston is the best team in the NBA.

I think Kevin Garnett brings so much heart to a team. He doesn't like to lose and his physical game is crazy. I'm sure the Lakers would've won had they had a player like Kevin on the team. That is all in the past though, now its time to focus on the here and now and the future for Los Angeles.

The main areas the Lakers lack in besides defense is at small forward and point guard!!!! They need to rectify both of those positions especially since they will have to play the same types of teams in the playoffs next year, San Antonio or New Orleans. The road to the finals in the West goes through those three teams. By the way, Luke Walton, you still suck.

On what you guys need, I agree with needing a more consistent small forward. Lamar Odom has never lived up to the hype he had coming out of Rhode Island. People forget he was dubbed the next Magic Johnson and has had a O.K. NBA career but I disagree with the point guard situation. I think D-Fish does a good job for Lakers based on the way they play. The way Phil Coaches, i.e, Triangle Offense (Chicago didn't have a traditional point either because MJ and Kobe dominate the ball), doesn't require a traditional point guard (Someone who has to have the ball in his hands the majority of the time. Setting up the offense , feeding the post, etc.) His job is to play solid defense, knock down open jump shots and most importantly get kobe the ball.LOL
I do think you guys need a point guard to groom for the future because I don't think Farmar is the guy. I could be wrong but he doesn't seem to have the same toughness as D-Fish.

As far as Luke Walton goes, I used to think he was a good role player but he really sucked during 2008 playoffs.

Overall, I think when Bynum comes back the Lakers will be the favorite in the west next year! Not big lakers fan but you guys should go after my hometown boy Monta Ellis. He's a free agent this summer. He's most definitely up and coming!

It's like findin that dress w/ the perrrrrfect fit, every word has to be just right, have the right emphasis on it. I'm also not a big fan of sittin around in the studio while sum1 lays the same verse 50 times cuz they keep messin up the same part and refuse to change it, like "Aight, run it again, I'mma get it on this one!!" So there's a balance. What u wanna do? I shine the best on beats that are emotional, dramatic, or soulful, I love it when I hear it and the words already start formin in my head, that's how I kno it's gonna bring out the best in me.

"Things Fall Apart" is that book. I have Ibo friends, as well, they be hookin up the Nigerian food. "Native Son" by Richard Wright, is that book as well, "The Bluest Eye" by Toni Morrison, "Nigger" by Dick Gregory, I think I liked that best, right behind "Coming of Age In Mississippi" by Anne Moody.
