Seriously whats the hype about he been trying to come out with an album with wayne for like 3 years now. Nobody knows where hes going and hes not signed to Atlantic. Hes signed to Universal which has a young money imprint on that label. #36 on the billboard must be hot ish now for a mixtape single but come on dude is seiously not that good of a rapper and as a singer the guy just fails.

Merciful storekeeper changes robber's mind, religion

NEW YORK (CNN) -- A potential victim became a compassionate counselor during a recent robbery attempt, changing the would-be criminal's mind -- and apparently his religion.

Storekeeper Mohammad Sohail was closing up his Long Island convenience store just after midnight on May 21 when -- as shown on the store's surveillance video -- a man came in wielding a baseball bat and demanding money.

"He said, 'Hurry up and give me the money, give me the money!' and I said, 'Hold on'," Sohail recalled in a phone interview with CNN on Tuesday, after the store video and his story was carried on local TV.

Sohail said he reached under the counter, grabbed his shotgun and told the robber to drop the bat and get down on his knees.

"He's crying like a baby," Sohail said. "He says, 'Don't call police, don't shoot me, I have no money, I have no food in my house.' "

Amidst the man's apologies and pleas, Sohail said he felt a surge of compassion.

He made the man promise never to rob anyone again and when he agreed, Sohail gave him $40 and a loaf of bread.

"When he gets $40, he's very impressed, he says, 'I want to be a Muslim just like you,' " Sohail said, adding he had the would-be criminal recite an Islamic oath.

"I said 'Congratulations. You are now a Muslim and your name is Nawaz Sharif Zardari.'"

When asked why he chose the hybrid of two Pakistani presidents' names, the Pakistani immigrant laughed and said he had been watching a South Asian news channel moments before the confrontation.

Sohail said the man fled the store when he turned away to get the man some free milk.

He said police might still be looking for the suspect but he doesn't intend to press charges.

"The guy, you know, everybody has a hard time right now, it's too bad for everybody right now in this economy," said the storekeeper.

When I was in labor a police pulled us over for speeding and once they found out why we were speeding they had us follow them to the hospital so we wouldn't get stopped again...speaking of sh*tty officers, two police were suspended in Dallas county for beating up a pety theif, details as follows;

Two Dallas police officers have been placed on leave after being accused of battering a petty thief suspect. Surveillance camera caught the incident on video.
Officers Christian Mendoza and Henry Silvestriz have both been placed on administrative leave while two separate departments look into how Willie McCree, a 20-year-old petty thief suspect, ended up battered and bruised after he was arrested by the officers.
McCree already had a long record of minor crimes when police were called to a Bachman area check cashing store, which was where the manager suspected McCree of trying to cash a stolen check.
But, police didn't charge him with that crime. Instead, they brought him to a detox center and charged him with public intoxication. It was in the detox center's parking lot where the problems started. A security camera in the lot captured the incident and was reported to police after staff at the center viewed the tape.
WFAA-TV Police sources said the tape shows one officer pushing McCree down for no reason. Once inside, another officer was caught on tape looking around before taking McCree out of the camera's view and allegedly striking him in the mount with his elbow.
The two officers under investigation were both hired in 2007, and have been placed on administrative leave while the investigation continues
In addition to internal affairs looking into the case, sources said the public integrity unit is also looking into the incident. The public integrity unit investigates those suspected of committing a criminal offense, like assault

Most plaintiffs in civil cases at Hartford Superior Court are not mobbed when they leave after testifying. But this plaintiff is Curtis Jackson, better known as rapper 50 Cent. Today his celebrity was the top act at the normally sedate chambers of Hartford Superior Court. (WTNH News)
Despite owning the home since 2003, the rapper said he would have not made the purchase if he had known about the additional costs.

"I would not have purchased the property with $1 million worth of work to do. To be honest I would not have purchased a house with $700,000 worth of damages," he testified. "I would have felt I was living in a construction site." (New York Daily News)
The contractor, BVH Integrated Services, also argued their points.

Their estimate to fix the roof, windows, decks and other parts of the property was $500,000 -- 50 Cent claims the real cost was $3 million. BVH is arguing that the rap star is trying to con the court to force the firm to pay for part of his extravagant personal touches to the home. The trial is expected to last up 8 days.

June 03, 2009. MediaTakeOut.com is hearing some VERY serious rumblings that rapper 50 Cent is under some financial strain over his Connecticut mansion.

You see, 50 bought the 50,000 square foot mansion from Mike Tyson in 2003 for $4 million. He then put in a reported $10 million in renovations. And then two years ago he put it on the market for $14 million.

It now seems like 50 made a VERY BAD decision pricing it the way it did. Because after it being on the market for nearly two years, Fif was forced to take it off. Why – you ask? Because nobody wanted it for that price.

Here’s how one local real estate broker put it:

"The house is not worth $1 over $5 million," said Prudential Premier Homes agent Rob Giuffria. "Celebrities often overvalue a house, so they keep dropping in price. That home in that location is not worth anywhere near $14 million, and it will never sell for that, no matter how long you leave it on the market."

And now it looks like 50’s trying to get money from anywhere he can. According to legal documents, 50 Cent says he hired a firm to inspect Mike’s old mansion in 2003. He says he assumed the company's estimate of $500,000 in repairs was "a legitimate assessment" of what the repairs would cost. But Fif ended up spending about $6 million with this developer in repairs.

In response, MediaTakeOut.com learned that the firm is claiming that 50 Cent wanted "extravagant and costly upgrades." Some of the upgrades included an on-site stripper club, and a state of the art gun range.

Now we ain’t saying that Fif is going broke … but … could this have anything to do with Ciara Lambo allegedly getting repo’d. We’re just saying…

Eminem continues his reign on the Billboard 200 sales chart in his second week with releases by Redman & Method Man and Busta Rhymes sliding down the ranks.

Relapse, Em’s first new solo disc since ‘05’s Encore, followed up its first week 608,200 in sales, with 211,000 according to the Nielsen SoundScan. So far 820,400 fans have picked up the Dr. Dre-produced project in two weeks.

Falling 11 spots this week is Red & Meth’s Blackout! 2 album which now sits at no. 18. The East Coast duo’s reunion disc sold an additional 20,500 copies this go-around, making their second week total stand at 78,100.

Busta slid down to the no. 22 spot in his second week, four spots below Red & Meth. His Universal/Motown release, Back On My B.S. moved 16,700 units this week, pushing his total sales figures 76,000.

Rounding out the top 40 is Miami boss Rick Ross. The Def Jam MC sold 13,600 Deeper Than Rap CDs this sales cycle, making his album break the 300k mark. After six weeks Deeper Than Rap has a grand total of 303,800.

Next week look for Eminem to continue his dominance as new releases from D-Block and AZ are set to debut.

Some years they call NY one of the safest big cities on them polls
we all know ain't nothing to safe about most spots in NY but it's big as fuck and it's 8 milllion muthafuckas there.
And it's rich areas that average the stats out.

PLus you have to look at tourism a city will pump dollars into protecting it's image and shield when it's a big tourist place that's alot of money.

For instance in the bay San Fran is has alot of bad spots more grimey than Oakland nigga get shot in Oakland it be front page in San Fran the local section because they try to cover shit up because it's alot of tourist money to be lost. Cats come from around the world to see alcatraz and the golden gate bridge
