Ras

Kass

requested a cease-and-desist order against

Ruff Ryders/Interscope records. Rass Kass is trying to prevent

The Lox’s Jadakiss from releasing "We Gon’ Make It"

which is already receiving airplay on New York radio.

The beef started

when Rass Kass bought a beat from The Alchemist over 8 months

ago. He recorded his song, "Home Sweet Home," which

is slated to appear on his next release, Van Gough.

Speaking to Launch,

Rass Kass said that The Alchemist didn’t complete the needed

contracts on purpose. "I shot him paperwork from my lawyer

that we assumed that we would be just be negotiating about,

but he just tried to hold onto the s### on some stank s###.

And he’s even admitted that to the lawyer that he got the

paperwork. The attorneys talked, like two and a half weeks

ago, from Ruff Ryders and Priority Records, and then all of

a sudden, it’s on Hot 97 over the weekend."
