Those that have recently seen Cam’ron, the next Roc-A-Fella release on deck, may notice that he has lost a significant amount of weight. While my spectulated that he has a disease, Cam’ron maintains that the weight loss began when he shed some pounds for some of his movie projects.
But, Cam also said that he had an ulcer which required treatment and contributed to his weight loss as well. Other source close to the situation, say that Cam had been drinking too heavily, but has since stopped partying so aggressively. "He lost some, but he still looks healthy. He still got more weight on him than Fabolous, " one person in the Roc office joked,
Cam has been finishing up his third LP, Come Home With Me, and anticipates changing the game of hip-hop. Seeking better chart status, the Harlem bred MC has already burned up the NY airwaves with songs like "Just Fire" (with Beanie Sigel and Memphis Bleek) and "Oh Boy." produced by Just Blaze.
Come Home With Me is slated to be released in April 2002.
