Will Smith‘s
real estate company, Treyball Developments, is in the final stages of a plan
to build a minority owned 500 room hotel in Broward County, FL. Treyball took
the project after the county cut ties with the previous developer.
In related news, Smith’s company Overbrooke secured
rights to remake Bill Cosby & Sidney Poitier’s movies "Uptown Saturday
Night," "Let’s Do It Again" & "A Piece of the Action."
