After premiering it’s new Fall line up, BET’s
Rap City is the longest running hip-hop show in television history. Rumors circulated
that BET had plans to cancel the show, which turned out to be false. "It’s
an honor to be a part of hip hop history," host Tigga told AllHipHop.com.
"Rap City is the longest running hip hop TV show ever and I’m blessed to
be able to be a major piece of that legacy."
