To support the release of the book “Yes Yes Y’all,” an exhibition featuring hip-hop pioneers will take place Sunday November 17th from 3-7 p.m. The book was put together by Jim Fricke and Charlie Ahearn, director of the Wild Style, and features over 300 pages of photos and flyers from the first decade of hip hop. The event will take place at New York City’s Deitch Projects gallery, and pioneers such as Grand Master Caz, DJ Tony Tone of The Cold Crush Bros., Frosty Freeze from the Rock Steady Crew and graf legend and artist Futura 2000 are expected to be in attendance.

The groundbreaking graf film, Wild Style is set to be re-released on DVD soon in celebration of its 20th anniversary and the book “Yes Yes Y’all” is currently in stores.
