XM Satellite Radio channel 66 RAW has added to

their on-air talent roster three legends in hip-hop. Marley Marl, Pete Rock

& DJ Premier have added the hip-hop show Future Flavas, which will air Friday’s

and Sunday nights.

Future Flavas started back in the mid ‘90’s

on New York radio, WQHT Hot 97, and has been innovative and groundbreaking in

showcasing the newest and hottest in underground hip hop.

"I am excited to have three icons in hip-hop

join the company," Program Director Leo G. told AllHipHop.com. "These

guys bring a whole new dimension to 66 Raw, being as though they are all such

pioneers."

Grammy award winner Marley Marl aka DJ Legend

is one of the most influential producers in the hip-hop history. He has produced

timeless classics such as "Eric B for President," by Eric B. and Rakim,

"Around the Way Girl," for LL Cool J and and hundreds of others.

Pete Rock entered the scene as a DJ on the “In

Pete Rock and CL Smooth, the classic duo that produced hits such as "T.R.O.Y.,"

"Straighten It Out," and others.

DJ Premier, one half of Gangstarr is one of

from Nas to Sinead O’Conner.

XM Satellite Radio’s uncensored hip-hop

channel, 66 RAW, is one of the five urban channels provided to XM under Radio

One’s Satellite Division, Satellite One.

"XM just celebrated it’s one year anniversary,"

Leo G. continued. "We have so much more in store, there is a lot more to

come."
