50 Cent has been sued by a Queens doctor who claims that the multi-platinum artist shirked him on a medical bill in access of $32,000 after extensive surgery in May of 2000.
In a lawsuit, filed in Manhattan’s State Supreme Court, Dr. Nader Paksima claims that the Shady Records rapper came to Jamaica Hospital after being shot several times on May 24, 2000.
Paksima states that the suit reflects 50’s medical care and subsequent follow-up treatment a month later in the total sum of $32,511.87. The doctor says that he hasn’t been compensated for any of his work or materials.
Neither Shady Records nor Mark Gann, 50’s lawyer, were available for comment immediately.
