Rapper Bow Wow has
teamed with Will Smith’s Overbrook Entertainment and will star along side Will
Smith in a new flick, "Mr. Prez."
The movie centers
on a teenager from Philadelphia, who becomes President of The United States
for the day after winning an essay contest.
In related news,
the rapper, who said that he is trying to "build an empire and be the next
Puffy or even bigger," is gearing up to release his Shago Clothing line
nationwide.
The clothing line
will be carried in approximately 150 major department and specialty stores,
including Macy’s, Dr. Jay’s, Jimmy Jazz and several Bernini locations.
The clothing line
features a collection of sports jerseys, warm up suits, woven shirts and denim
jeans and shorts for boys age 8-20, as well as toddlers age 2-7.
A similar line
for girls is expected to be introduced in the spring of 2004.
