Irv Gotti is set to be indicted by federal prosecutors

in New York for charges involving million dollar tax schemes sources stated.

The charges, which will be made public this week,

are expected to be the first in a series of charges levied at the CEO of The

Inc. (formerly Murder Inc.) and his "childhood friend" Kenneth "Supreme"

McGriff.

Prosecutors allege that Murder Inc. failed to

report money earned from the sale of concert related items and that Gotti paid

McGriff hundreds of thousands of dollars in unreported salary and corporate

expenses.

McGriff allegedly provided the label with muscle

due to his reputation as a former Queen’s crack kingpin, while the label cleaned

up money.

Prosecutors are also looking into nine murders,

including several in New York and one in Baltimore.

They range from the murder of Queen’s rapper

E-Money Bags, the murder of rapper D.O. Cannon, who had recently signed with

Murder Inc and the murder of a drug courier caught with two kilos of cocaine

in North Carolina.

The courier was gunned down in Maryland with

an associate two days later.

Gotti, his brother Chris and his McGriff are

also being investigated by the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms

and Explosives for various firearms violations.
