DJ Vlad is the sort of creative Hip-Hop mind blessed with the ability to bring together crack heads, p### stars and rappers.
The West Coast DJ recently released Hot In Here: Sex/Drugs/Hip-Hop, a sensational DVD that mixes a number of colorful personalities like Fat Joe, Fabolous, The Ying Yang Twins, adult stars Carmen Hayes, Mr. Marcus and, yes, crack heads.
“My man came up with an idea to do a DVD called What’s Crackin and this [“Hot In Here” scene] was the first scene and he had this crack head working in his barbershop, cleaning up,” Vlad told AllHipHop.com. “So we pulled out the cameras and filmed them having a real crack party. We’ve gotten flack for it, but one thing is true: anybody who watches this will not want to smoke crack.”
Aside from crack heads, Vlad gave a summation of what the Hot In Here DVD has to offer.
“Basically, the DVD is an insane mix of interviews with hottest Hip-Hop and R&B stars, on locations at p### sets, the AVN Awards, and Brazil, the hottest unreleased videos, and further craziness,” Vlad continued. “It has been created by an elite team of editors from MTV, and features superstars like Fat Joe, Fabolous, Amerie, Ying Yang Twins, Akon, Baby Bash, Trey Songz, Mr, Marcus, Justin Slayer, Angel Eyes, Carmen Hayes, Ayanna Angel and many others.”
