After
the success of Making The Band 3’s girl group Danity Kane, Sean “Diddy”
Combs is at it again, but this time shifting his focus to the men. Making
The Band 4 finds Diddy scouring the country in search of the next hot boy
band. Auditions
for Making The Band 4 began back in January, but Diddy has added more locations
and dates. The
popular Making The Band reality series originally started with the boy
band O-Town and has chronicled the lives of three different bands since its inception
in 1999 by Lou Pearlman. Diddy
joined the popular reality series with Making The Band 2 as he formed the
Hip-Hop group Da Band; Da Band went on to release Too Hot For TV and although
their album went gold, not much came of the group after the show. Danity
Kane’s self-titled album debuted at number one when it was released August
of last year and the group is currently on tour with Christina Aguilera. Auditions
will begin on March 24 and newly added cities include Birmingham, Memphis, and
Norfolk. Open
