Former Miss England Danielle Lloyd won a substantial, undisclosed amount of damages against the UK’s Daily Mirror, after the paper claimed she had sex with rapper 50 Cent.

The Daily Mirror published a story last July titled “Fiddy’s No Diddy, Danielle Looking Wobbly After A Big Night In With 50 Cent.”

The story claimed that Lloyd had propositioned 50 Cent and had sex with the superstar rapper while she was dating football player Marcus Bent.

Lloyd’s attorney Magnus Boyd told judges that story was completely false and denied Lloyd had sex with 50 Cent.

“I was devastated by the disgusting lies about my private life which The Daily Mirror published without a shred of evidence to back them up and despite being told the truth in advance,” Lloyd said after the ruling. “The allegations could not have been more hurtful and the story in which they appeared was unbelievably spiteful and malicious. I am glad The Daily Mirror has now admitted they published lies about me and I hope their admission and statement in court will go some way to restoring my reputation.”

Lloyd was Miss England in 2004. She was stripped of the title after posing nude for Playboy magazine.

Lloyd is best known for her role on reality TV show Celebrity Big Brother UK.

Earlier this year, she made controversial racist statements about an Indian competitor and actress Shilpa Shetty on the show.
