Nas highly anticipated untitled album has topped Billboard’s Top 200 Albums chart this week. According to data released by Nielsen Soundscan, the rapper’s latest release sold 187,000 copies, giving Nas his fifth #1 album. Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter III continues to hover at the top of the sales chart, dropping from #1 to #2, selling an additional 105,000 copies. The soundtrack to Mamma Mia, Coldplay’s Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends and The Jonas Brothers’ Disney soundtrack to Camp Rock and Kid Rock’s Rock N Roll Jesus round out the Top 5 albums in the United States this week.
