Jody Breeze, one fourth of Atlanta-based Block Entertainment/Bad Boy Records group Boyz N Da Hood, is currently being held in a Georgia jail cell, awaiting a hearing on charges of probation violation, the rapper’s lawyer has confirmed to AllHipHop.com.
Attorney Shawn McAllister told AllHipHop.com that Breeze, born Jacoby White, was arrested last Friday (August 8) after being caught driving in an HOV Lane.
The stop also uncovered a pending violation of probation warrant for the 24-year-old rapper, who was immediately taken into custody.
In a court appearance on Monday (August 11), he pled guilty to the traffic violation and was sentenced to time served.
While McAllister would not provide details on his client’s whereabouts, a source within Block Entertainment reveals Breeze is being detained near Valdosta, Georgia, approximately three hours south of Atlanta.
