Cormega will hold celebrate his new album with a listening party and performance for his new album Born & Raised on Wednesday, April 8th.

Legal Hustle Records and Cormega will present an up close and personal sneak preview of his third solo album at S#####s.

Surprise performers are scheduled to appear at the show and confirmed special guests include DJ Premier, Pete Rock, Large Professor, Easy Mo Bee, Havoc, Buckwild, DR Period, Nottz, Lil Fame, Emile, Ayatollah and all the producers on the album.

Though Born & Raised is not scheduled to be released until later this summer, the Queensbridge rapper is excited to present his new project to his fans.

“I’m proud of all my albums. It’s been seven years since my last solo album and this new one,” Cormega told AllHipHop.com. “Born & Raised represents me because I got to work with artist I respect and some of my favorite producers.”

While Born & Raised is in the process of being mixed, Cormega is preparing an untitled Queensbridge album showcasing locally known artists who will help make his solo album have a “very raw” sound.

Legal Hustle Volume 2” will also be released on the rapper’s Legal Hustle imprint, after the Queensbridge album hits the market.

Cormega’s label has released a total of six albums, the seventh being Born & Raised.

“Your albums are like your kids. One kid might achieve more than the other one but you love them all. The Testament was my first album, so I have good memories from that album,” Cormega explained.

S.O.B.’s located at 204 Varick Street in Manhattan. General admission is $12 in advance and $15 day of show.
