Hip-Hop’s most popular trio are preparing for a full fledged return to the rap game.

Rappers Eminem and 50 Cent, along with producer/rapper Dr. Dre, shot a video for the first single from Em’s upcoming album The Relapse.

The trio shot scenes for the video inside of The Palms Casino, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Representatives for Interscope remained mum about the title for the first official single from Eminem’s highly anticipated album, his first in four years.

Reps did confirm that the video would hit airwaves and the Internet on April 7.

Additionally, Eminem who has sold over 75,000,000 records, has announced a follow-up album, The Relapse 2, will hit stores before the end of 2009.

“A lot of people we’re expecting Relapse to drop last year,” Eminem told AllHipHop.com in a statement. “I was one of them. Then Dre and I went back in the studio in September for a few days, and that turned out to be six months. We were on such a roll; we wound up with a ton of new music produced by Dre. Putting out Relapse 2 will let everyone get all of the best stuff.”

The first single from Eminem’s album The Relapse was “Crack The Bottle,” which shot to #1 in iTunes’ charts, with over 415,000 downloads the first week.

The Relapse is due in stores May 19 on Interscope/Aftermath/Shady.
