MTV personality and executive producer Sway Calloway will be reaching out to aspiring entertainers courtesy of the symposium “All the Right Elements.”

Sway’s seminar will take place in Little Rock, Arkansas, and focus on supplying essential information on the radio, television, entertainment, and multi-media industries.

As an industry veteran who’s found success in radio (Sway and Tech’s “The Wake Up Show”), film (Stomp the Yard), and television (MTV News), Sway sees Little Rock as a breeding ground for the next generation of industry stars.

“I recently had the opportunity to visit Little Rock to host their first Fashion Week and was pleasantly greeted with an abundance of passionate individuals who were eager to know more about how to successfully enter the entertainment business,” Sway explained to AllHipHop.com. “My visit prompted me to include the city of Little Rock on the seminar’s schedule and afford me the opportunity to go back and take time to converse with serious individuals and give back to the people of Little Rock who are interested in effectively creating a brand and elevating their business.”

Little Rock will just be the beginning, as Sway plans to bring the symposium to cities across the nation in 2010.

Assisting him in the seminars are entertainment executives Rich Nice and Kelly Jackson, who combined share over 25 years of experience in A&R work, publicity, artist development, promotions, and marketing.

Included in the symposium schedule are panels on The State of the Music Business, How to Break An Artist, Marketing and Promoting Your Artist, and the Future of Multimedia.

The symposium launches on November 14 at Little Rock’s Statehouse Convention Center (12pm-6pm).
