Arrest Made In ‘Atlanta Real Wives’ Beating Death

Former Xscape group member Kandi Burruss is currently in the midst of mourning another death, as news breaks that her fiancée was killed in a brawl outside an Atlanta strip club.

Burruss’ fiancée and Real Wives of Atlanta star Ashley “AJ” Jewell was killed in front of popular strip club Body Tap last night (October 2) during what homicide detectives dubbed a “one-on-one” fight.

Representatives for Burruss told AllHipHop.com that the Grammy-Award winning singer/songwriter is “devastated,” because she is also mourning the loss of her uncle, Ralph Leslie.

Sadly, Burruss is attending Leslie’s funeral today. She offered no statement on Jewell’s death.

Meanwhile, police have arrested a man named Fredrick Richardson and charged him with voluntary manslaughter in relation to Jewell’s death.

According to reports, Richardson is in the hospital recovering from injuries sustained in the fight, but will be jailed upon his release.
