Rapper Trae Tha Truth is planning to drop Tha Truth, his first album in over two years.
Tha Truth is the Houston rapper’s first official album since parting ways with Rap-A-Lot Records, which released his last album, Life Goes On.
The rapper’s latest effort is also the first release in a new union with his label A.B.N Entertainment and Fontana/Universal Records.
Tha Truth features a number of high profile rappers, including Lil Wayne, Bun B, Plies, Young Buck, Jadakiss, Rawse, Ludacris, Shawty Lo, Game and S.L.A.B.
The first official from the albums is titled “Something Real” featuring Plies, Slim Thug, Brian Angel (Day 26) and Jodeci.
Trae’s album will be preceded by a mixtape, The Incredible Truth, which leaked on the Internet today (October 22).
Tha Truth is due in stores February 16th, 2010.
