(AllHipHop News) Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Bad Boy Films is among the defendants in a copyright lawsuit filed by billboard model Angelyne.

 

The model filed a copyright infringement lawsuit yesterday (January 4) in the U.S. District Court of Los Angeles.

 

Angelyne claims that the makers of the film “Notorious” about the life of Christopher “Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace, used her image in the movie without her consent.

 

She claims that one of her famous billboard’s in Los Angeles is featured in a 12-second scene in the movie without her permission.

 

“At no time has Angelyne authorized any of the defendants to reproduce, or adapt distribute any image containing her copyrighted billboard for use in the ‘Notorious’ motion picture,” the complaint reads.

 

Combs’ Bad Boy Films, Fox Searchlight Pictures and State Street Pictures are all named as defendants in the lawsuit.

 

Angelyne seeks up as much as $100,000 in damages.
