The lawsuit, which was filed in Pitkin County Court, claims Les, born Lester Fernandez, attempted to pull Kristin Scharrer on the stage several times during a performance.

A “visibly intoxicated” Les grabbed Scharrer, who tried to resist and up “violently hitting her leg on the sharp edge of the stage’s front,” according to the lawsuit.

Scharrer seeks over $100,000 in damages because she suffered nerve damage and has been permanently scarred because of the incident.
