(AllHipHop News) An upcoming gospel rap concert featuring DMX has been canceled due to the rapper’s involvement with the event. DMX was slated to perform at Independence High School in Glendale, Arizona.
He was to be the highlight of Morning Star Sanctified Church’s concert, which has been nixed tude to safety concerns.
According to TMZ.com, high school officials opted to cancel the event, even though Morning Star Church obtained a $1 million dollar policy, just in case something with awry.
The church is offering refunds to fans who purchased the tickets.
The event is being rescheduled to take place at the church, according to reports.
