OK, I am doing my best to go though these rap contest submissions. IT IS A LOT OF MUSIC. And I hate to say it, it is like finding a needle in a hay stack. So bear with me. I didn’t forget you, but there is a lot of music!!!!!!

Tupac is on the way back to you bastards! He’s not going anywhere. One of my sources from out in LA is telling me that the Don is returning with a new album that will be released in the later part of this year. I heard this is going to come out via the new Death Row Records. They have a new set of owners and I guess they have locked in all the right rights to sell this new album. I hope they do it well. But, they have several never-before-heard Pac songs. There is reportedly an all out diss record called “Watch Your Mouth” and Pac is dissing “everybody.” Death Row expects this album to go platinum. Oh yeah – these are going to be release as they were in the 90’s, not new beats.
MORE ON JIMMY AND CAM’S REUNION
Another homie told me that Jim and Cam are really about to do this reunion thing. Supposedly they are going to make it happen at Summer Jam. But, here is the funny thing. They are supposed to be really not reppin’ crazy that they are fully out of the beef. So, they were apparently at a restaurant in NJ and they were getting a bite to eat. A fan wanted to take a pic with them, but they refused. They refused to take the pic TOGETHER. They agreed to take the pic with the fan separately. I guess they want to keep the suspense together for when they do the big show or album.
SHYNE EXPLAINS NAME CHANGE
Nahright.com’s Eskay spoke to Shyne and explained why Shyne Po sounds the way he does. Shyne says that old dude from Bad Boy is dead.
Ok, so I just had a conversation with Po. He wanted to explain why there’s been such a drastic change in his rhyme style/flow since his release from prison. I was going to wait until the next time he leaked a track, but I mentioned it on Twitter, and people were asking for an explanation, so here goes.
Here’s the gist of it: That guy we used to know pre-2001? The guy who shot up the club? The guy who stood in front of the judge and took a 10 year bid? The guy who used to spit like this?
That guy is dead.
That was the guy Jamal Barrow used to be, and he no longer wants to be that man. That man made choices that he’ll have to deal with for the rest of his life, and put his mother through one of the worst experiences any mother could ever have to go through. And he doesn’t want to be that man anymore.
He explained, in no uncertain terms, that in order for him to move forward with his life, and stay on the right path, he feels he needs to make drastic changes, and the flow you hear now, is just a small part of that.
So the Shyne you hear now, like it or not, for better or for worse, is the Shyne we’ll be hearing from here out. You don’t have to like it, but I think you have to respect it.

He almost got over too. “You are the type of villain we read about in novels and see in the movies,” said Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge Melissa Powers to Conrad Zdzierak. Dude robbed damn 5 banks in a day and tried to blame a Black man. FAIL.
