Foxy Brown, Lil Kim and Nicki Minaj are beefing and a battle is imminent! Well, not exactly. Lil Kim and Foxy Brown both emerged in the 90’s and were deemed the crème of their respective crops at that time, but in 2010, they both seemingly have grievances with the new kid, Nicki Minaj. Nicki has been compared to both of her predecessors at some point in time, but more recently she has been able to establish herself in her own right. She’s got millions of minions as proof.

While it is highly unlikely, we decided to stage a fake battle between the ladies by citing specific moments in each’s career. Check it and judge for yourself. Who would win a battle between Lil Kim, Nicki Minaj and Foxy Brown?

THEIR GULLIEST MOMENT

Puff Daddy, Lil’ Kim, B.I.G. and the LOX – “All About The Benjamins”

Kim killed the track, destroying it so much that they gave Biggie a totally new beat to spit over.

Foxy Brown (With LL Prodigy, Keith Murray, LL Cool J, Fat Joe) : “I Shot Ya?”

This is a classic posse cut anchored by Mr. Smith (LL Cool J), but right before the anchor came the co-anchor – Foxy Brown. In a setting like this, a female rapper could have gotten eaten like a Twinky, but not Fox. She literally bodied it with hardcore, calm and believable lyrics. Flow!

Nicki Minaj: BET Hip-Hop Awards – “Da Rap Cypher”

This was important for Nicki, because it was the first time she was seen in a hardcore freestyle scene on a wide scale. Also, Da Cypher was crazy with lyricists like Joe Budden, Buckshot and others and Nicki shined bright.

THE HITS!

Lil Kim has her share of hit records, but “No Time” is the chosen song, where she stood alone. Kim also exemplified the ill hood couture that would go on to be used by those in and outside of Hip-Hop.

Foxy’s first album hit the 3 million mark and part if it was due to the singles “I’ll Be” (featuring Jay-Z) and “Get Me Home” (featuring Blackstreet). Here they are.

Nicki doesn’t really have an album out, but he’s recently released “Massive Attack,” which has gotten mixed reviews. Fans love it and people on the fringes are iffy. A zillion hits on youtube speaks volumes.

THE “MEN” IN THEIR LIFE

Nicki’s got Drake, Lil Wayne and the whole Young Money as the support group.

Here is an old video from Nicki and Weezy “Higher Than A Kite.”

Now Foxy has had the privilege of being linked to two of the long-running kings of rap, Jay-Z and Nas. Don’t forget AZ.

Here is “Affirmative Action” with Nas and the Firm.

Here is Foxy with CNN on “Bang Bang,” where Foxy dissed both Lil Kim and Diddy. Quite a bit of drama came out as a result of this era and Kim ultimately did time in jail.

Lil Kim had the big man himself – Notorious B.I.G. They, along with Junior M.A.F.I.A. created the hit record “Get Money.”

Kim and Biggie played like they hated each other, but they loved each other…exemplified by this song, “Another.”

THEIR LOOKS!

All these ladies look great and serve as some real sugary eye candy. Enjoy!
