So, Kanye West, Jay-Z and Swizz Beatz have taken the Hip-Hop world and temporarily turned it on its ear. The remix to “Power” halted all that heard it, if only for a few minutes. There have been unofficial remixes of this song running around the internet for quite some time, but not is the time to have The Official Unofficial “Power” Remix Contest! Put “The Official Unofficial “Power” Remix Contest” in the subject heading and submit to allhiphoprumors@gmail.com!
RAPPERS, here are the terms of the contest.
1 )It CANNOT feature verses Jay-Z, Kanye West or any other celebrity that dropped bars on this song unless you somehow secure an original verse on your own. This is for rappers remixing the song, not producers. If accapellas become avail with ‘Ye, Jay and Swizzy, we’ll do a contest for producers.
2) You MUST submit via youtube. MP3’s and attachments will be deleted immediately. Any other form of submission will be hit or miss and at your own risk.
3) Make it hot!
4) He deadline of the contest has yet to be determined, but it will be announced soon.
